Le Plantou is a detached farmhouse situated just outside of the small village of Celles among fields of sunflowers and corn with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. The house and beautiful garden offers total privacy and tranquillity.

The village of Celles has a bar, a boulangerie and a post office, further away (8 kms ) is the popular town of Riberac which caters for all your holiday needs. There are banks, supermarkets, post office, a good selection of shops and numerous bars and restaurants.
Leisure pursuits in this area include tennis, fishing, canoe and bike hire and lake swimming at nearby Jemaye.

The farmhouse has been carefully restored retaining many of the original features with wooden beams and stone walls throughout and a magnificent stone, spiral staircase.
It consists of a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge, microwave, and washing machine.
A tastefully decorated sitting room with a lovely original stone-fireplace, a television, DVD & video player.
A pretty music room for anyone wanting to sit quietly opening out onto a wooden balcony.
There are two bathrooms one with bath, basin, WC, and the other with shower, basin and WC.
One double bedroom with pretty day bed for a small child, a twin room, and two single rooms (one has low ceiling height & is therefore only suitable for a child).
The large garden is mainly laid to lawn with a 12m x 6m swimming pool, and table tennis. There are plenty of sun loungers, garden furniture, and a barbecue for long leisurely meals alfresco.
